You don't have a fanboy's chance in hell of winning. WILL (Mike Grimshaw) is the macho guy next door - he loves nothing more than booze, pumping iron, mixed martial arts, and above all, idolizing his favorite TV actor - the All-American patriot and superstar badass, RANDY NAVEEN (Isaac Bekker). Naveen is star of the television spy drama, "Magnum 44" (as his alter-ego "Noah Nicaragua"). When the pop-culture icon announces that he is holding a full-contact fight competition in search of his co-star for next season, Will sees it as a golden opportunity to leap out of his fanboy shell and be taken under the wings of his idol. But not everyone is convinced that Will has what it takes to survive a death match against larger-than-life badass Randy Naveen... Will's painfully honest best friend, DAMIEN (Scott Gabelein), may be right about one thing: it's a thin line between being a proud fan and being a sacraficial idiot. Is Will too blinded by fame to realize his identity's at stake? Fanboy culture hits the pavement in this action comedy about the bloody consequences of macho obsession.
